Profiles which offer opportunities to work in diverse functions. Learnings of different aspects of business. Tolerance to errors in early days of work. Job security at all times.

Cons

Opportunities for growth are limited. Profiles may be misleading: often, clerical roles are disguised by managerial titles, leading to stagnation in work content and learnings. MNC, known for its name and ethics and culture, they portray well for an individual to get attracted to bet the career, the participation level is high for what it would be prudent to walk in the company for initial career

Cons

Individual centric, management would never give ears to the field reality to frame or impose any policy before execution, they manufacture a bottle put the employees within and expect them to accommodate within too meanly to stay with
