Pros
Employee caring, good work culture, good facilities like housing, school, hospital, etc in metro city thatright too in Mumbai City, well focused on training and developement of employees, good company as compared to other mfg companies
Cons
Less holidays per year (festival, etc), some systems and procedures are still conventional, few people at higher level doesn't deserve to be at those positions..., notice period is 3 months that too mandatory, leave system to be improved, specially sandwich policy
