Very good place to try out new ideas & processes. sometimes, they get hit by the hierarchy when investments are high, still you end up with the experience of trying and moving with cross functional teams Highly Ethical practices Very helpful group of people Colony facility at the heart of Mumbai, just opposite to the Company, in a lush green hillock is amazing ! Worth working just for the beauty of this landscape !

Too much hierarchy & numerous employees with a couple of decades of experience at the firm tend to make the organization slow at pace Any new initiative gets crunched in a vortex of this hierarchy and successfully pass out, if at all, after pretty long time Burn out effects of SIX DAYS WORK & rigid rules on vacations might be felt time and again.
