Lots of facilities to full time employees good salary and transparent management Very good chances of growth and career prospects.

Cons

formal chain of command heavy workload extremely competitive Some times work life balance is on the wrong side of the equation, but it is not the case in all roles Getting promoted is little big thing here, we have to work hard and ofcourse there is a transparency
