Low pay, no guidance, you're treated like a machine in a factory: you're there to make THEM money, You can't really choose your clients, because if you happen to be unlucky and not connect with enough clients for THEM, THEY might kick you out. Remember, they don't care about the wellbeing of the tutors beyond them being able to make money
