- Career progression - Company has doubled in employee size over the last year - Flexible working hours -Work from home or work in the office - Great team helpful and supportive :) - Large and strong start-up big financial backing - your ideas get heard

Cons

-Being in a start-up some work processes are long-winded or being worked out but they will be improved soon. This won't be a problem in the future.
