International and friendly colleagues. Good team vibes.

Cons

Poor upper management, mostly empty promises, driven by sales and marketing. No real innovation is happening here. It seems like the founders like interested in modernising the educational domain but in the end it’s it’s a poor product, driven by quick fixes, short term hypes and zero empathy management.

There’s a fairly good support system

Cons

I found pay is low. And it’s important to clarify which age groups you’re looking to teach as they’ll occasionally still assign you students that are ie. younger/ older than you may have requested.
