      Pros

      fast-tracked career growth during a phase of hyper growth (working under extreme pressure in very poor conditions), bonding with colleagues over shared trauma.

      Cons

      no real/unique product or POS, bullying and intimidation, micromanagement, arbitrary deadlines and constantly cutting corners, non-collaborative, non-transparent, subpar management, low-balling salaries, several mass layoffs over the space of two years.

      Pros

      International and friendly colleagues. Good team vibes.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, mostly empty promises, driven by sales and marketing. No real innovation is happening here. It seems like the founders like interested in modernising the educational domain but in the end it’s it’s a poor product, driven by quick fixes, short term hypes and zero empathy management.
