      Pros

      The colleagues and a sense of community.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, mass firings, constant changes to staff, structure, and procedures, lack of transparency, unhelpful HR department, false promises from C-Level about raises, and in general everyone in charge doesn't seem to know how to run a business.

      The hoodie, you get one during your onboarding week and it's warm, comfy and basically the best thing ever. Also Molly, she was everywhere in the company

      Cons

      Basically everything, don't apply yo any position unless you wanna be treated like an animal. Flight attendants managing +70 people teams? Marketing Heads who don't event know what an influencer campaign is? And I'm not even mentioning the Country Managers, the only way to describe them is CORRUPTION. Please escape if you are still part of this fraud, it's all a lie

      I was sold on a dream that never took off

      Genuinely nice and understanding team and managers.

      Cons

      This company tried to scale and expand without having a solid business plan. Hired a ton of people and then laid them all off. They even laid off people just before the holidays in December. Whenever I would ask for updates, I would be kept in the dark.
