- Awesome, young, motivated team - Best product, especially in times like COVID-19 you could realize how useful it is - Everyone is really helpful, every question or initiation is solved in a couple of hours after you ask it - They are open to new suggestions on the product and everything, so your input really matters - They can keep up with this massive scale, everything clicks and you will be guided along the way despite the fact that there is massive scaling going on - The team is really diverse and inspiring - The overall processes, and also the development processes are really well thought out - Remote work is truly remote, despite the fact that you have a 15-minute standup you can work anytime, anywhere as long as you do your tasks

- Hopefully, this massive scale can be controlled, and it won't turn into something bad - Also hopefully the culture won't suffer or be changed due to this scale
