Being part of a very exciting new adventure, offering actual solutions that work to parents, showing children that learning can be fun - it just needs to be taught the right way.

Cons

So far, none. I can see how it can potentially be a challenge to maintain a healthy work-life balance in the long run, but once aware, you can make adjustments.
