- Poor tech stack and sales tools. Tons of inconsistencies, lags in the system, and work arounds which was inefficient.
- A lot of unnecessarily complicated admin work to do while trying to hit your daily KPIs.
- Their ideal schedule for a Sales Rep to work is from 9:30am - 7:30pm Monday - Friday and 1-5pm Saturday/Sunday meaning they want you to work 7 days a week. They have Ontario reps servicing B.C. leads so you would have to call back leads at 9:30pm etc. However, after discussing with management, it seems like they will be flexible with you on the schedule, you just might not reach your sales targets if you don't.
- Compensation seems great during interview phase but when you realize how many hours must be put in to guarantee receiving your commission, it's not worth it in my opinion. Poor work/life balance.
