- Extremely poor upper management - Hypergrowth environment leading to hyper-reduction in terms of pay freezes, major redundancies, etc.

It was a friendly environment within the same team. Pet friendly office. Normal work-life balance.

Cons

Salaries were not competitive for the market. The went through 2 massive layoffs during 2022 without warning nor decent severance packages. Basically no Benefits in Berlin offices. Inadequate equipment. Lack of professional growth.
