- Flexible hours - No need to scout students for yourself (they assign students based on availability and subjects taught)

Cons

- Allow students to discriminate tutors based on age and country of origin (often allow students to request tutors born in Canada) - Little to no communication when things change with the platform - No real screening for ability of tutors to teach their subjects (you just have to take a quiz and pass) - Low pay; you are not compensated for time spent preparing for lessons only the lessons themselves. You also are paid less than half of what students are paying the company per session

Biggest mistake to accept the offer from this fraud company. 1. The company is in losses and the business model is not at all stable. They make decisions in haste and then keep changing their own commitments. 2. Once students/parents purchase membership, they never stop the payments. There are thousands of complaints lying in the mailbox but nobody from company ever responds to the emails. They lie about the services and their sessions are nowhere satisfactory. DO not get fooled by these scamsters, DO NOT take any membership plan otherwise you will be screwed. 3. They lay-off employees every month and still keep hiring new employees who are relatives & friends of their favorite employees. They are PLAYING with CAREERS of innocent candidates. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY even if you are offered millions or billions of money. They lack professional etiquettes to be in the work culture market.
