Pros
Globant has a huge amount of projects, with different tech and non tech paths were you can develop your skills. Also it ecourages to seek for your correct path and train in any new one you want and giving you the possiblities to change career. It offers a variety of technologies for the same stack that will allow you to keep growing and growing
Cons
Salaries are lower than other companies, and not even comparing with freelance or startups (those are even higer than globant's). Money is enough, but the main desicion here is if we want enough money (not a lot) but with an awesome career development or we want just a lot of money
