There is no clear path to growth, lot of people waiting for a rise or a promotion which makes really difficult to aspire to one of those, I knew people waiting for more than 3 years for a minimum salary increase, I assume since this is a huge company, if you are not in the "favourites" of the the managers that make it even harder to keep growing. Benefits are the standard, there is no additional PTO days, so don't expect a birthday present or free day or things like that. .

Frequent layoffs, company doesn't have any project, was working on client but work environment was too toxic, people in my team started having health issue, TCBP(people/hr team) is useless, they don't care about employees wellbeing, even if you reach out to them, they just ignore.
