Beautiful green office with instaworthy spots. It’s a great place to take pictures and share with your friends on social media. Bowling facility is world class in the Pune. Magarpatta cafeteria is best of best.
Cons
No salary hikes for 2 years. No communication from top management. Staff augmentation or body shopping work. No exciting projects. Senior directors and above are purely in hire and fire mode. They don’t like you, you are out of project and then out of company. On bench for sometime, HR will call you and fire you. Be careful of Tcbp calling you. It could be your last day at Globant. Best to switch off phone when they call. Unnecessary AI training all the time. There is no AI work anywhere then why are you making us do training?
