      Pros

      Some good delivery people, variety if tech coverage, solid past work. Fairly good recruiting infrastructure, low costs and located close to US time zones helps.

      Cons

      Management is weak, tech focused not business focused. Run a bit like a body shop - grinding for contracts. Leadership in the US is bad, unqualified people and short term thinking.
