      Pros

      Great flexibility, a good place to build a career, international clients like EA and Google. The work groups are great.

      Cons

      Sometimes it gets very difficult to receive answers regarding salaries or categorization, the salaries are usually very low for the kind of work

      Opportunity to work with companies such as Google, Electronic Arts, etc

      Cons

      They don't care about you or your development, they only care you are billing the clients. My contract stated they were going to pay for half of my housing expenses and car rental, not even 6 months later they came with something else. Not clear policy on holidays, event they say they are international company they were trying to apply argentinian rules on an us based company, for example in Argentina they count saturday and sunday as working days when requesting holidays (which to me does not make sense since saturday and sunday are not working days).
