      Good company that used to be great

      Pros

      Globant has a very impressive list of clients. As a "glober", you will have the opportunity to work for large international firms and play with the latest technologies. There will always new challenges and you will learn a lot. Travel opportunities to the US are pretty great if you are interested.

      Cons

      They have grown too fast, which has drove them away from their core values. They are no longer as transparent as they used to be, and the need for staffing new projects have made them lower their standards and hire people that are obviously not compatible with the once amazing company culture. Salaries are not great either.

      - Lots of hardworking and nice people - Good work/life balance - Interesting Clients - Confortable Offices

      Cons

      - Very low Salaries - Non-existent/"minimalistic" raises, even with stellar performance reviews - (Very) Disparate salaries for the same position/seniority - Unpaid overtime - Bad Management - All the good people eventually change jobs because of all of the above

      They were hiring when I was looking

      Cons

      Salaries don't track cost-of-living increases. More interested in hiring warm bodies than in fitting talent to requirement. They force-feed you a culture that has nothing to do with what actually happens inside the company
