      Pros

      The biggest pro I was able to take away from Globant was the ability to travel on-site to clients.

      Cons

      Very focused on revenue. They will make decisions that may create more revenue in the short term, even at the expense of the long term or client relationship.

      Pros

      Globant is a great company to work because it has a lot of different projects, great accounts and the latest technologies. The human quality of their employees is the key factor which makes it one of the best places to start a career

      Cons

      In some countries the salaries are not so competitives but they offer a great career path and a lot of different opportunities to grow.
