      Nice projects, poor managment and salary reviews

      Pros

      Some projects are great and you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Salaries reviews are a joke, you need to periodically threaten to resign and sometimes that is not enought (even with good evaluations). I live in Argentina where inflation rates makes this a big cons. On 2013, they fired a lot of useless managers, but then they hire even worse ones to replace them. Internal organization is madness, studios and business units fight and are always competing for keeping the good developers.

      Pros

      Great place to work, really nice labor environment and really professional people to work with. It's really an important step into any professional career for those seeking growth.

      Cons

      Depending on the project you are assigned to it's common that maybe your team is based in other locations. Anyway, I've learnt a lot that way and is something nowadays I'm quite used to.

      Pros

      Nice co-workers, it's a good place to start working as a Jr. developer, great to put in your résumé. They give free fruit.

      Cons

      Really low salaries, even for project managers and technical leaders. After saying I decided to leave they offered me a raise but it was already too late.
