Used to be a really great place to work. Dynamic, exciting, edgy and yet I made many great friends there. Strong brand name. Good benefits. Overall a good office environment.

Cons

You have to take progression and development into your own hands. A lot depends on right place right time. Various commodity departments don't interact. There is a culture of fear of management.
