Stable company with generally excellent management and colleagues. Good pay and benefits. Collaborative environment. Work life balance is well managed.

Cons

Perhaps too stable. Powers are held by only a handful of people, which means everyone knows who the real bosses are, but its a long and challenging road to the top.
