Colleagues and local management are great. Nice working environment and pay is ok but not keeping up with other companies

Poor leadership from the top Lack of explanation for decision making Regression to office working and lack of flexibility, contrary to other employers Pay increases do not keep up with industry or economy

Many employees stay long term, and there is a really positive company culture The company is well regarded by suppliers and clients The company is working really hard to be sustainable and lower its environmental impact the company is working to be more diverse, and the Ashford site is very friendly

Cons

the trusting structure from pandemic times is changing back to more traditional - back to office directives, more top-down management margins are being squeezed, so non business critical activities are being cut Not much scope for 'out of the box' innovation - not much support for initiatives that may fail
