Pros

Sub-par, less than competitive pay, mediocre benefits.

Cons

Over worked and underpaid. Expect to get written up for no fault of your own. Lack of leadership who promote toxic work environment. Stealing time is a non-issue for those they favor.

Pros

Good benefit, great flexibility, seldom you get such benefit in compare to other local food industries player

Cons

Top management is squeezing the employee to work extra hours but refusing to provide manpower with thousand of excuses (no volume, not the right time, process not optimize) when ignore the fact that the staff is working long hours. Person doing recruitment for operation basically clueless as they are sitting comfortably at HQ and don’t understand the need and situation at operating site. Having hard time to get approval (multi layer approval) to hire a shop floor staff when company can spend moneys to fly in raw materials.
