Pros

Amazingly talented perfumers. There is a potential for creative growth and a culture for learning, and benefits are good for full-time employees.

Cons

Unfortunately, I have never worked for a company where personal vendettas and workplace bullying were so blatant. It is "corporate" in the most negative sense of how people are treated. There is hostility both within and between departments which gets in the way of communication and company success. The overall culture of the company is toxic. While this is partially due to extremely high pressure for success and slow promotion from within, it can absolutely be handled in a better and more appropriate way.

Decent pay and benefits if you get them.

Cons

Only earn half a vacation day per MONTH. Less than a week for the whole year. Poor management, low chance of advancement. Absolutely awful.
