There is a lot of flexibility at Givaudan - whatever or wherever you want to take your career, there are tons of opportunities to do so. Management is supportive of your goals, especially with things like higher education and work/life needs.

Cons

The technology is out of date - expect to have used phones, monitors, laptops, etc. Also wish there was more opportunity to work from home - that's one thing that's becoming an industry norm nowadays, and Givaudan is a bit behind in that regard.
