-No proper vision for future, World is moving towards electrical vehicles and company is not even bothering to do research in this field.
-Bad middle management, politics by middle managers, favoritism.
-Partiality, some team members get all type of benefits. Even lots of travelling opportunity. Others get answer as COST CUTTING.
-Company always give priority to CDAC students.
-Too much processes imposed on teams. Those process change every year. Too much meetings and no outcome.
-Compensation is not up-to the industry standards.
