Pros
They will pay you well if you are a new hire however once you are hired your progression's will be limited unless you advance within the company into another role, but even then you will be low-balled. Hardly any repercussions for a bad job. If you know the right people you will advance, regardless of the crappy job you may have done in the past. People with big attitudes and little follow through will thrive.
Cons
There is no work-life balance in Operations. Sales receives the majority of the benefits, new I-pads and all-inclusive trips. Management is divided and there is a large lack of communication within the company. People are not appreciated or thanked. If you want to work your life away with little to no gratitude this is the place for you. There is no accountability and if you work hard they will recognize it by working you even harder and letting the "slackers" continue to slack. It is a very frustrating place to work.
