Cons
They fabricate their numbers to maintain support contracts. The software system is broken and will never be fixed. The worst managed company I have ever seen. Does not care about their employees. Only cares about making a profit at the cost of their employees and their clients. Does not supply employees with working equipment, needed software, training, and proper access - their computer systems don't work properly and they will not fix them. Their phone and computer system goes down on a regular basis - their electrical power used to go down a lot but does not go down as much as it used to. For a large company, they are totally mismanaged and does not appreciate their employees. Occasionally they will have corporate functions but they are not managed well and they reek of 'cheapskate'. No integrity and compliance as stated on their website. Practices favoritism leaving the honest employees to work twice as hard to take up the slack in the work. This is no place for an honest, ethical, and hard working person.
