(1) Bonus Trap - bonus shown in CTC can be confiscated any time (and same can be relished at California pizza by "self declared" leaders).
(2) weak HR - HR process are easily influenced on behest of leaders. Zero in following process , ethics.
(3)Threatens parting employees of giving negative feedback to new employers.
(4) worst leaders- under qualified, bookish, manipulate things for securing own job rather than standing to decisions and supporting their own reportees. waste significant time in office on personal items eg I saw senior leader while in office spending time on discussing his house construction in Bangalore like which paint to use, tile makes and brick work , labour problem etc.. And Worst happened when while discussing project.. He ended up bragging himself on overcoming challenges in constructing home :)
(5) Uneven/Worst culture- favourism, managements reaction to same results or scenario vary from person to person for similar challenges.
(6) pay and hike- is only for hr and upper management.. For others its a favour that you are still retained.
(7) Appraisals - are for namesake.. Performance is doubted then rewarded.
