Business Outlook
Pros
Good renumeration and recognition of achievements, and generous and fair with pay rises and bonuses. A variety of customers in lots of different countries, meaning a lot of different projects to work on and places to travel.
Cons
The Danaher religion really gets a bit much. I like the idea of having a toolbox to get good tools and processes from but instead it's a bible that must be followed even when it's not relevant to what you do. In Gilbarco's case, the problem comes trying to apply what are largely manufacturing processes to software engineering.
