      Good Pay, But you're just a number.

      Pros

      Good pay/ Flexible hours/ Good people to work with/ On the job Training/ People will help you out so you're not in over your head. It's not a bad job honestly if you don't have a lot of experience and have bills to pay. Can get to $15 to $17/hr pretty quick.

      Cons

      You're just a number to the company no matter how long you're there for. It's not easy to move from the helpdesk to another position unless you get buddy buddy with people. I believe management is starting to figure out some of their mistakesnow realizing that many of the people they brought into other positions weren't qualified at all.

      Pros

      Generally a good company culture with friendly people. Large global company so opportunity to progress. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of training. Too much hiring externally within certain divisions instead of promoting within which has lead to a lack of technical knowledge in upper management.
