Pros
Good pay/ Flexible hours/ Good people to work with/ On the job Training/ People will help you out so you're not in over your head. It's not a bad job honestly if you don't have a lot of experience and have bills to pay. Can get to $15 to $17/hr pretty quick.
Cons
You're just a number to the company no matter how long you're there for. It's not easy to move from the helpdesk to another position unless you get buddy buddy with people. I believe management is starting to figure out some of their mistakesnow realizing that many of the people they brought into other positions weren't qualified at all.
