      Pros

      Good benefits but have found ways to put more cost on the employee and more $$s in the corporate financial sheet

      Cons

      Management turn over every 18-24 months...each time with new changes and directions leaves employees with the attitude "well here come another MBA" that is passing thru! If you don't have a MBA don't expect to be valued and considered for career opportunities.

      Pros

      Pay is good. Workers from other departments seem to like it. Free coffee and cafeteria on site. The whole building is air conditioned and the workers are nice. Good Southern attitude with people below director level.

      Cons

      Lots of micromanaging from director. They don't ask my boss before sending me on a task and then my boss gets frustrated. Lots of fast not well thought through changes from management. Always feel belittled from Director and VP. Everything is like being talked down to. Constant questions as if I don't even know the basics of my job. Director is a bus driver.

      Pros

      Weekly pay. Future growth of the company seems really positive as far as we can tell right now.

      Cons

      Periods of 14days..11hr shifts...consecutively. Bereavement policy difference for office and factory workers..specifically...factory workers' aunts and uncles deaths do not qualify for leave.... MLK JR day...not observed in the manufacturing area.
