      Pros

      Good product lines. Customers were great to work with. Benefits were very inclusive and there was value in coverage.

      Cons

      Good old boys club. Only advancement was if you were in someone's pocket or you had something on someone "politically" so to speak. Too many promotions were not based on merit, but who you knew. Always an element of unease due the biannual layoffs or rather what Gilbarco calls them "a reduction in work force".

      Clear direction is shared with the employees on the direction of the company. Skilled Associates who are managed in a way that gets the best out of them. Good Company perks

      Cons

      Fast Paced; Driven organisation. Difficult to implement change due to focus on sales numbers. Expected to work over and above normal business hours

      Pros

      Honestly, outside of the people I personally work with, there is absolutely nothing good about this place. Absolutely the worst place I have ever worked. Been here 5 years and cant wait to get out.

      Cons

      There are way to many to list but the bigger CONS are related to overworked, underpaid and under appreciated employees. If your not from Harvard, Darden or some of the other better business schools, you have no shot at growing your career. The environment is horrible, No one smiles and all you here in the hallways are people talking about getting out. Turnover is horrible.
