Turnover rate is extremely high. No communication across the company which leads to lots of disappointment with customers. Do not believe your job description, that will not be what you will end up doing. They say they want change and want to improve, but I have faced all sorts of resistance. The culture in my department is awful. Its extremely unprofessional. I would highly recommend that you look at other companies to work for. If you disagree with management, your on the blacklist. Certain managers are known for being career enders. I have seen that to be true. Management talks bad about people even their own employees. This is the worst job and culture I have ever worked in. Another thing, the building is so outdated. Walking in the doors sound like your entering a jail house door. They are always having sewage problems which leaves employees without restrooms and stinks up the whole building. They still use old AS400 systems, completely outdated.
