Company with Good work life balance, people but bad middle management, too much processes and lack of vision for future
Pros
-Work Life Balance. -Friendly colleagues and HR's(except HR head). -Yearly Survey conducted for Feedback of immediate supervisor. -Variable pay is at par. -Ease of travelling, location is nearby station. -Good office ambiance and enough space. -Cultural and annual events.
Cons
-Lacking in innovation, not using advance technologies, working on long time back developed legacy codes which is having lots of issues. -Teams faces similar issues each time but no proper fixes are given to them. Instead they do temporary patch works. -Lack of architectural vision, specially in dispensers project. -No proper vision for future, World is moving towards electrical vehicles and company is not even bothering to do research in this field. -Bad middle management, politics by middle managers, favoritism. -Partiality, some team members get all type of benefits. Even lots of travelling opportunity. Others get answer as COST CUTTING. -Company always give priority to CDAC students. -Too much processes imposed on teams. Those process change every year. Too much meetings and no outcome. -Compensation is not up-to the industry standards.
