Work life balance is great, this is not a sweat-shop coding company. Job security is average for the software industry. Benefits are on par with most established companies.

Cons

No interest in innovation or moving ahead with new technologies, the old-guard keep the technology stagnant and comfortable for job security. If you're looking for a career building opportunity this is not the place.
