      Pros

      Heritage and the employees that are left from the old "Gilbert and Barker" days are some of the good things that remain.

      Cons

      When Gilbarco was bought out buy Marconi and then by the eventual current owner, that was the beginning of the end of an excellent company.

      Pros

      Lot of responsibility and good opportunities for growth both from a company and career standpoint. Benefits and pay are strong as well.

      Cons

      Every function runs very thin, so pressure runs high on everyone's expectations. The red tape factor is through the roof as there is a lot of inertia and processes that are unwilling and unable to improve. Makes getting simple tasks completed a total nightmare.
