      Continues Improvement and FBS culture. Strong safety awareness attitude and culture. Try to remain innovative with internal process but can be tough due to outdated systems and software.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership team unable to foster an affective work environment. Seem to be focusing on the wrong priorities. No appreciation/employee recognition. Rather criticize than empower staff.
