      Pros

      Internal trainings are really good in terms of LEAN system as part of Danaher Business System.

      Cons

      There is an expression: Gilbarco is not for everyone. There is no life-work balance at all. I worked 16 hours at executive position and my work was never appreciated meanhwhile my annual performance was fine. There is no human relaationship between associates. The worst place in the world.

      Great company that invests in its employees.

      Cons

      Things move, but they move slowly. At the end of the day, it's a 150 year old company. There's going to be some red tape to get through.
