      Cons

      1. HR policies are not so good and keep changing after few days. 2. Top management are not looking to grab the other opportunities. 3. QA team is not handled properly. 4. Top managers are not technically sound to guide the team. But as a multi techno -functional organisation, Team expects a manager who can guide them technically. 5. Canteen is not good. 6. No new technologies.

      Awesome benefits and co-workers were very helpful

      Cons

      Immediate manager lacked knowledge to support me in some of the company specific processes and penalized me for not knowing by putting me on a performance plan, continuing to offer no help or allowing me to reach out for help, and ultimately firing me.
