Pros

- Reputable company to the eyes of future employers (if only they knew the truth!) - Job security (especially if you don't deserve to be kept on) - Opportunity to move up the chain

Cons

- Equality in pay is a joke to GVR, even in this day and age of pay equality - Management are blind to lazy / stupid workers - Stuck in the 80's feel about the company (UK building is a depressing decaying ghost of a company that used to care) - Accountability is 0% cared about - I've witnessed the same people get away with doing nothing all day and just because these people 'have irreplaceable knowledge' (which is nonsense by the way, it's not exactly rocket science in GVR) they get away with it.
