      Ok if you don't mind working in a hierarchical environment

      You get the chance to work alongside lots of talented colleagues and students. Benefits package is comprehensive and includes tuition assistance.

      Cons

      Strong hierarchical structure makes it difficult to feel empowered or take initiative. Limited upward mobility in some departments, especially for mid-level employees. Work can feel siloed, and cross-department collaboration is minimal.
