the environment in general is friendly, and there are a lot of cross-disciplinary collaboration, the campus is big, the campus recreation center is really good, there are some nice new buildings, and Tech Square is really convenient - with shuttle to MARTA station that goes directly to airport
Cons
different department have different culture and politics, like every place else. atlanta traffic is insane, fortunately midtown area where the campus is located is walkable with lots of restaurants. Tech Square does not have really cheap street food
