Excellent benefits (insurance, 401k etc.), good salary, opportunity to work across multiple disciplines.

Cons

Administrative processes are slow. Some close neighborhood around campus is not very safe.

1. Paid well compared with other on-campus jobs. 2. Not too much work load to lead a lab section. You don't have to keep talking as you do for TA for other classes.

Cons

1. 3 Hour lab is very long and exhausting. 2. I don' enjoy debugging for students 3. Time is not very flexible, you can't skip it for preparation of another exam etc.

Learned a lot in a short time. Worked as a GRA. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots to do around the campus as it is in the heart of Atlanta.

Long hours and heavy workload.
