Pros

Impressive headquarters with doctor, gym, credit union, cafeteria and even a gas station on campus. Mostly good people. Career advancement opportunities for driven individuals.

Cons

Big company with big headaches. Trying to become global player comes with a fair share of growing pains. Uninspired innovation. Lack of a clear strategy based on current market trends is heavily impacting the future of the company.
