Pros

Outstanding benefits and engagement of cultural diversity. Tremendously thoughtful planning and continuous improvement program. Stakeholders have realized valuable returns on their investments.

Cons

Too many staffing cuts within these chellenging economic times makes for poor morale. Cuts should.come from the top, not the middle or bottom tier. GMI totes work life balance, but in order to succeed, you must sacrifice said balance.

Pros

Decent work life balance, health/ dental benefits. Good campuses and onsite facilities. Good people and good brands to work with.

Cons

Poor salary, no growth, extremely political. Need to fit to culture - conservative, consensus before meetings. Not very accepting of different work styles.

Pros

There are worse things a company could make...

Cons

Hard work and dedication are absolutely no guarantee for job security or advancement. If you want to get ahead, you must schmooze with the right people and spend less time doing actual work (but take credit as if you were responsible for any successes).
